Hollywood – DUI Attorney and Criminal Defense

If you were recently arrested for a DUI or another Criminal offense in Hollywood, CA, I know that you are going through a wide array of emotions, including nervousness and frustration.

I have successfully handled DUI and other Criminal and traffic related offenses for clients throughout Los Angeles County, including the Hollywood and surrounding areas.

Being arrested for a criminal offense is not something that anyone wants to experience.  Unfortunately, that is often just the tip of the iceberg .  Dealing with the subsequent criminal charges can be a daunting task, and the importance of having an experienced criminal defense attorney can not be emphasized enough.

Different cases often require different strategies and approaches.  Whether it be an approach to dealing with a district or city attorney to attempt to work out the best plea agreement possible, or prepare for trial, it is not something that you want to go through alone.

If you were arrested for a DUI, it is crucial to retain a DUI attorney within 10 days of your arrest in order to request a DMV Admin Per Se hearing.  Generally speaking, if you fail to request that hearing within 1o days of the arrest, you waive your right to a DMV hearing , and the DMV can automatically suspend your drivers license without giving you or your attorney a chance to fight it!

Often times, information gathered from the DMV hearing is also helpful in defending the criminal DUI charge.  On numerous occasions I was able to use information gathered by way of the DMV hearing to negotiate a better plea agreement in court for my client, or to use that information to help in a court hearing or trial.

I provide my clients with personal service in handling their cases, working for them and with them to mitigate potential consequences as much as possible.  I am accessible by phone, email and text after office hours and on weekends.

Often times I am able to get charges dismissed or reduced to lesser offenses.  I prepare my cases as if I am going to trial, even if my client informs me that they prefer not to go to trial.  Having an aggressive and prepared attorney is one of the ways to get the prosecutor to give a more favorable plea agreement.

I understand that the current economy is certainly not the strongest that it has been, but that does not mean that you don’t deserve experienced and personal representation.  I pride myself on providing excellent quality and personal representation at an affordable rate.

Call me at (818) 336-1384 if you were recently arrested and would like to discuss your case in more detail.  The initial consultation is free.
