Question: Can I get a DUI if I was the owner of a car, but not the person driving (I was in the passenger seat when pulled over)?
Answer: If I understand your question correctly, someone else was driving when the car you were in, that you owned, was pulled over. If that is the case, then no, there is no case for a DUI against you. I guess they could charge you with it, but there is no way that case would stand.
