Question: San Fernando DUI conviction. I got driving while suspended for DUI, do I have to install an Ignition Interlock Device in my vehicle?
Answer: If getting an interlock device is part of the Court Order, then yes, it is required. From your question, it sounds like that is the case, but you should double check the terms of your sentencing to be sure. Also, when was your San Fernando DUI conviction? If it was after July 2010, then an Interlock device is enforced by the DMV, and potentially a term of your Probation from San Fernando Court.
