Question: I was arrested for DUI in Van Nuys. I heard i may lose my license, is this true?

Answer: If there is a conviction for DUI, your license will be suspended for 6 months (among other things). Also, your license may be suspended for 4 months if you fail to request or lose your DMV hearing. Note that if you have priors, are under 21 years old, or have a refusal enhancement, the suspensions will be longer. Feel free to contact me to answer more questions regarding this.
