Question: I got charged with a DUI in Hollywood. Pulled over for tinted windows. I think my BAC level was below a .08. What should I do?

Answer: Well, it may seem like a cliche response from an attorney….but, get a DUI Attorney to help you out if you haven’t already. There may be some holes in their evidence…for starters, from what you stated, there is no poor driving since you were pulled over only for tinted windows. If that is the case, it’s beneficial to your defense. Also, although you can be charged with a DUI even if you are under a .08 BAC, it increases the chances of getting your DUI charge dismissed if that is the case.
