Answer: There are a lot of variables, and I would need to know more about your case. Is this a first offense DUI, or second DUI, 3rd DUI…? Also, when you were pulled over, were you on a residential street, or freeway? If you were on a residential street (ie. not a freeway), then there may be an enhancement on the DUI and if convicted of both, there would be a mandatory 60 day jail sentence for the excessive speeding.
