Question: Can I get two misdemeanors DUI’s erased from my record so that future employers cannot see it?

Answer: It is possible to get a misdemeanor DUI expunged (or 2 DUI’s expunged for that matter). There are benefits from having this done, including having the conviction dismissed from your record and not having to report them to future private employers, but there are some limitations to the overall benefits.
