Answer: The completion date of the class should be listed on your sentencing memo. If you are having trouble finding it, check with your attorney who handled your case. Or, you should be able to find out when your completion due date is from the criminal clerk in the court that you were convicted in.
Also, as far as missing classes, you should also check with the program itself. Some programs may require a court approved re-enrollment if you miss too many classes.
