.08 BAC can i get charges reduced

Question: I have a 1st DUI with a .08 BAC in Burbank, CA. Any chance of getting the charges reduced?
Answer: Yes. I have had a lot of success getting DUI charges throughout Los Angeles County reduced to lesser charges. I would like to know more about your case to better assess it, but having a .08 BAC is a good start.
