2nd DUI and possession charges

Question: I was arrested for a 2nd DUI in Encino and booked in Van Nuys, CA. On scene I blew a .09, Blood was taken after that. I also had marijuana in my car. Would it help at all if my friend that was with me would take responsibility for the Marijuanna? I have court for DUI and possession of marijuana in Van Nuys Court.
