Failed to do DUI classes

Question: I have a bench warrant in Van Nuys for missing my DUI classes 2 years ago and I am trying to get things worked out. If I go into court without being on the calendar will I be arrested right in Van Nuys Court?
Answer: It is possible that the judge could take you into custody based on the DUI probation violation for not finishing your DUI classes timely. Some Judges are more lenient than others on these matters. What dept. in Van Nuys Court did your case get resolved in? I would recommend hiring a DUI attorney to handle this matter and work some damage control, and try to get probation reinstated and new enrollment for the course to get you back on track.
