DUI arrest and DMV confusion

Question: I got arrested for a DUI in Los Angeles, CA this weekend. I’m a minor, under 21 years old. If convicted this if my first DUI, but the dmv thy might put it as a second DUI offense. I had a dui case 2 years ago but I fought it and was declared not guilty and the dmv still didn’t wat to clear my record of the DUI.
Answer: When you say you were “declared not guilt”y, were charges dismissed, or did you go to trial and the jury acquitted you of all charges?
