Underage DUI with .23 BAC

Question: Would you recommend a DUI attorney? My 20 year old son was arrested for DUI in Van Nuys with a .23 BAC. This is a first offense DUI. He has never been arrested before. I know a DUI is bad and the .23 breath result makes it worse.
