If I got a misdemeanor possession of marijuana in California, is it worth it to fight it?

Question: If I got a misdemeanor possession of marijuana in California, is it worth it to fight it?  I think there are issues with the case but I don’t know…maybe there are not.

Answer: It’s worth at least considering fighting. How much were you caught with?  Often times there are things that can be done to avoid a conviction. Call me to discuss. I have had success getting marijuana possession charges dismissed.
