Question: What can I do if I feel my attorney is incompetent?

Answer: One option is to hire another attorney to replace the attorney currently representing you.  That is something that you can do by notifying your current attorney and let them know you are relieving them from counsel.  Or, if you hire another attorney they can take care of that for you.
