Question: What will the DMV do if you have a San Fernando DUI conviction and DUI restricted license and get hit in a parking lot (not work related)?
Answer: You may want to consider hiring an attorney to assist you with this to avoid stepping on a land mine (so to speak). The issue may go under the radar (and if I had to guess I would go with that choice), but if it doesn’t, there are potential issues.
