However, the prosecution was playing hardball, and like I said it took over a year of negotiations and hard work on Phil's part to talk some sense into them. He also won my DMV hearing, which is huge. Phil is the most genuine attorney I consulted with, and that is ultimately why I chose him over anyone else. And it payed off. I was in a tough position when I first contacted Phil. I was facing 2 different charges, including a DUI. After discussing my case with several attorneys on the phone, I just had a feeling that Phil was the best guy for the job. And I was right.
