DUI and forced blood draw

Answer: You should talk to a DUI attorney as soon as possible. Sounds like they are going to charge you with a DUI and refusal enhancement based on forced blood draw. There are procedures that they are supposed to follow, first a proper admonition (regarding the breath/blood test), then proper procedure for doing a blood draw. Sounds like they did not follow proper procedure here, but this should be discussed further with a DUI attorney.
