DUI in San Fernando with probation and suspended license
Question: My girlfriend is in probation with a suspended licensed, a warrant, two felonies and on top of that she just got a DUI. Does she need an atty? What difference would it make with or with our it?

Answer: Yes, it sure sounds like she needs a DUI lawyer. Note that she only has 10 days from arrest to request a DMV hearing pertaining to her drivers license. If she retains an attorney in time, that attorney can handle that as well (and should be discussed with any DUI attorneys you or she are speaking to)
