Judge challenges Attorney to a fight in Court!

It is no secret that some Judges and some Criminal defense attorneys do not necessarily get along in Court, but this is something that is rarely seen.  In this instance, there was a camera in the court and the video footage made it on the internet.  To describe the video, there is a defense attorney, a public defender and the Judge clearly have a history of getting on each others nerves.  The Judge asks the public defender what he wants to do, and the attorney, apparently frustrated that the case is filed, says he does not want to waive time.  What that means, in short,  is they want to proceed with trial quickly.
The Judge gets immediately frustrated, threatens that he would throw a rock at him if he had one (thankfully he didn’t).  Then challenges him to a fight outside.  The Attorney does not hesitate going outside.  In my opinion, I don’t think it is clear whether he actualy thought a fight would ensue, or if they would just have a heated debate about their internal conflict.
Regularly a Judge will call counsel into chambers to discuss issues, and sometimes get frustrations out, outside the view of the rest of the court.  I have never heard of a Judge immediately attacking the attorney in what seems to happen here.
In all fairness, the video does not show the actual fight, but clearly the Judge was the instigator and at least the initial verbal aggressor in the situation. Judge challenges attorney to fight in court
