Question: Are all San Fernando DUI's handled in the same court room?

Answer: Most misdemeanor DUI’s in San Fernando Court are in Dept. M, at least for the arraignment. If there are other charges on top of the DUI, particularly if there are any felony charges, then the arraignment may be held in another court room. Note that if you enter a not guilty plea in Dept.
