Question: California DUI questions. Had a DUI 9 years ago in Burbank, CA, but won the DMV hearing. Had a 2nd DUI in Van Nuys, CA, and again won DMV hearing. Will my license still be suspended based on DUI?

Question: If there was a DUI conviction, followed by a 2nd DUI conviction, then the DMV would treat it as a 2nd DUI conviction. Even if you won your APS hearing, the DMV would note the DUI convictions and take action on your DMV record.
