Question: Can I get a DUI case thrown out for lack of evidence? There was no driving involved. Hearing is in July in Santa Clarita Court

Answer: If there is no evidence at all, the a prosecutor would not be able to prove their case. But there is a lot more to DUI charges than may initially appear. Call me to discuss your DUI case in further detail. I am very familiar with Santa Clarita court, and actually have a DUI trial in that court coming up soon.
