Question: Can I get my drivers license with a DUI on my juvenile record that hasn’t been sealed?

Answer:  Having a DUI on your record that is not sealed (or expunged if your conviction is in adult court) does not in and of itself stop someone from getting your driver license reinstated.  In order to get your license back, you would have to complete the required alcohol course, which, generally speaking is required by both the DMV and the Court.

Additionally, keep in mind that your DMV record is different than your criminal record or juvenile record. Call me with any questions specific about your case.
