Can I hire an attorney to get a probation extension on my California DUI so I can finish my DUI Classes?

Probation Violation issue for failure to complete Alcohol Program

Question:  Can I hire an attorney to get a probation extension on my California DUI so I can finish my DUI Classes?  I was supposed to finish my classes last month but things came up and I was not able to do them.  The Judge was pretty adamant about the time I had to complete everything, and told me that if I violated probation I could get punished with up to 6 months of jail!  Now I am freaking out and scared to death to go back to court.  Is this something you could help me with?  Can I call you about it?

Answer: What court were you convicted of a DUI in? I can handle this matter in court for you if your case is in Southern California. Email me at Philhachelaw@gmail.com. Or call me at 818-336-1384.  I have successfully handled probation violation matters, including situations similar to yours where my client did not complete the alcohol program in the allotted time agreed upon for probation purposes.

I have been able to convince Judges to reinstate the alcohol program without imposing any jail time, and often without any other kind of penalty. For more information on Probation Violation issues, click here:  Probation Violation Issues.  Call me to discuss it further.
