Question: Driving with no license VC 12500 misdemeanor in Los Angeles, CA. Is this a serious offense.

Answer: All misdemeanors are serious, but there are certainly different levels of severity within misdemeanor charges. I would advise getting a criminal defense attorney for any misdemeanor charge. A VC 12500 misdemeanor is not as serious as many other misdemeanor charges, but still serious and a misdemeanor conviction should try to be avoided if possible. I have had success in getting VC 12500 charges either reduced to infractions or dismissed completely in Los Angeles, CA.
