Question: How accurate is a DUI breath test? I was just over .08 at the station in Van Nuys. breath test before arrested in Woodland hills was around the same I think

Answer: DUI breath tests can have many issues. They may not be calibrated or maintained properly. There are outside factors that can affect their accuracy including breath temperature, mouth alcohol, GERD (ie. acid reflux), etc…. This sounds like a good case to fight.
