Question: How long will a los angeles DUI stay on my record?

Answer: A DUI will stay on your record, but if you get it expunged, the record will show that it was dismissed. The DUI will count against you for 10 years as far as it will be priorable. For example, if you get another DUI within 10 years of your prior DUI, the new DUI would be treated as a 2nd DUI, and have more serious consequences.
