Question: I got a dui in nevada 9 years ago and CA just suspended my lic for a DUI based on that prior DUI…is this possible?

Answer: If you had a CA license at the time of your NV DUI, CA should have suspended your license at the time of the DUI conviction. That being said, I have never heard of the DMV issuing a suspension 9 years late. You may want to have an attorney in your area look into that further.
