Question: I got a DUI in San Fernando, then a 2nd DUI in Van Nuys 1 month later, I haven’t been to court on either yet…what happens now?

Well, it is likely that the Van Nuys and San Fernando will find out about the DUI’s in the other respective Courts. You have an interesting situation though. Since you weren’t on probation for either charge yet, you won’t have a probation violation. But, the Court may be tough since the DUI’s were so close together.
