Question: I have a DUI in Valley Village from a few months ago but never showed to Van Nuys Court for it. What now?

Answer: You have to get the warrant recalled and quashed as it is likely that a warrant for your arrest was issued based on a Failure to appear at the DUI arraignment in Van Nuys, CA. THen, defend the DUI case from there. I highly recommend that you retain a DUI lawyer to deal with this, both the Failure to appear and warrant recall as well as the DUI case itself.
