Question: I was unlawfully arrested for DUI in los angeles. DIdn’t even have a drink! Did a blood test, and spent night in jail. Court date in downtown l.a. Does this happen often?

Answer: Well, “often” I guess depends on what you would consider often. But I believe people are arrested for DUI’s in los angeles on a regular basis when they should not be. From what you wrote, you have a great case to defend. This sounds like a case may be able to get dismissed before the arraignment. Call me to discuss.
