Question: Regarding a VC 23152(a) and VC 23152(b) charges for San Fernando Court. Why are there 2 different charges?
Answer: They are both DUI charges. The VC 23152(a) is Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Note that this can be charged even if your BAC was under .08, or if they suspect you were driving under the influence of prescription medication. The VC 23152(b) is driving under the influence of alcohol with a .08 BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) or higher. Call me to discuss your case in more detail.
