Question: What can happen if my daughter got 3-4 tickets for driving with a suspended license?

Answer: Was she charged with a VC 14601 “driving without a valid license” or a VC 12500 “driving on a suspended license?” The former is more serious than the flatter, but each are generally charged as misdemeanors. If there was only 1 charge, I would recommend hiring an attorney. With 3 or 4…I would urge you to seek an attorney to assist in these matters.
