Did not pass the Breath Test

Question: Will I definitely be considered guilty for DUI in Burbank if I did not pass the breath test?  I feel like I did well on the field tests.  I didn’t have any issues with talking to the officers or anything of that nature.  The only problem is when I blew into the breath machine it was above the legal limit.  Does this mean an automatic DUI conviction and more jail time?
Answer: NO! I have had a lot of success getting DUI charges reduced and in some cases completely dismissed without going to trial, as well as at trial when necessary. You should NOT blindly enter a guilty plea to DUI without having an experienced DUI attorney work this case for you.
I would be happy to discuss this matter further. Call me at 818-336-1384 and we can talk about your DUI case in more detail and potential defenses that can relate to the initial stop, field sobriety tests, breath tests,  police reports, etc…
Also , please keep in mind that there is a 10 day window from the date of arrest to request a DMV hearing, as well as the things that go along with that.  So it is in your best interests to call me as soon as possible, which will allow me to do more things to help protect you as well as your driver’s license,
Sincerely,
