Reckless Driving
Reckless Driving pursuant to VC 23103 is a misdemeanor offense. Someone can get cited/arrested for reckless driving if it is alleged they were driving with willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property. Potential consequences includes between five (5) to ninety (90) days jail per statute, fines up to $1,000 plus penalty assessments.
If you are charged for reckless driving, call me at 818-336-1384 to discuss your case in more details. I have successfully defended reckless driving charges including getting charges completely dismissed or reduced to an infraction speeding ticket as opposed to a misdemeanor offense.
Sincerely,
Philip Hache, Attorney
