Simi Valley court is not as active as it used to be.  If you were arrested for a DUI or other misdemeanor or felony criminal offense, your case will likely be filed in Ventura Court.  If you were cited for a traffic ticket or other driving related matter, your arraignment may take place in Simi Valley Court, but the trial will likely take place at Ventura Court, or possibly even Oxnard Juvenile Courthouse.
