Question: Van Nuys DMV hearing officer says no chance on restricted license due to 2nd dui? Is this true?
Answer: Were you on probation still for 1st DUI? If so then you can’t take advantage of IID restricted license after 90 days option. If you were not on probation for 1st DUI, and over 21, then there is an option for an IID restricted license after 90 days. Call me to discuss.
