Van Nuys DUI, Should I request DMV hearing?
Question: i have Van Nuys DUI court March 27 i am wondering what the difference is between getting a dmv hearing or not? And is this separate from the DUI in Van nuys court? Why would I need both?

Answer: Yes, you or your DUI attorney should request a DMV hearing to try to fight what is normally an automatic DMV suspension on applicable DUI cases. Although your chances of winning the DMV hearing are increased with an experienced DUI attorney. That being said, you may find that not hiring an attorney may end up costing you more (penalty wise) than if you had hired a good DUI defense attorney.
